This is a made-to-order item.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours only.

No returns or refunds once production has started.

Note:

  • please make the measurements before placing an order to ensure the correct size
  • please allow 2-3cm (0.8-1.2”) differs due to manual measurement.
  • optional accessories (gloves, head band etc.) we used to make the photo are not included.
  • please note that monitors displays colors differently and the color of an item may vary slightly from the above images.
  • please note, that dresses are handmade, some laces may be different and vary from images.

SHIPPING

  • We ship worldwide
  • Handling time- up to 21 business days
  • Regular Int’l Shipping- 7-35 business days.
  • Expedited shipping via FedEx, DPD – 1-3 days
  • SHIPPING in USA from Florida – 3-5 business days

We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions.

Please, follow the washing instructions:

  • Don’t dry clean.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not wring or twist.
  • Hand wash cold.

Returns & Change & Cancelation:

  • we accept cancelation within 12 hours after your order was placed
  • we do not accept any returns due our gowns are made to order
  • we do not accept returns or change of customized or personalized orders
  • we accept exchange of dress improved due customer shipping payment

VAT import taxes for Germany, UK, Ireland

As of January 1, 2021, DHL collects VAT from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria:

The buyer is located in the UK, Ireland or Germany.*

The goods are dispatched from outside the UK, Ireland or Germany.

The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is over £135 or 160 USD.

This is not the seller’s responsibility and the buyer will be charged additionally by the shipping company DHL upon receiving.
