Custom and personalized orders
  • we do not accept any returns due our gowns are made to order
  • we do not accept returns or change of customized or personalized orders
  • we accept exchange of dress improved via customer shipping payment in original conditions with full packaging

If your measurements do not match to those specified in the standard size chart, we can combine top from one size with length from another one. Please choose “Custom” size and specify in comments your measurements.

Note:

  • please make the measurements before placing an order to ensure the correct size
  • please allow 1-3cm (0.4-1.2”) differs due to manual measurement.

Please, follow the washing instructions:

  • Don’t dry clean.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not wring or twist.
  • Hand wash cold.

As of January 1, 2021, DHL collects VAT from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria:
The buyer is located in the UK, Ireland or Germany.*
The goods are dispatched from outside the UK, Ireland or Germany.
The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is over £135 or 160 USD.
This is not the seller’s responsibility and the buyer will be charged additionally by the shipping company DHL upon receiving.
